Eric is the Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of Price Wealth. He is responsible for managing portfolios and client relationships. In addition, Eric oversees the business management and corporate strategy of Price Wealth.

Eric has been managing family and foundation portfolios since 1998. In addition to his role at Price Wealth, Eric served on the Investment Committee of LBJ Asset Management Partners, Ltd. from 2005 through 2009. Prior to founding Price Wealth, Eric was a Principal with Avalon Advisors in Austin and chief architect of Avalon’s advisory and consulting services. Before Avalon, Eric worked with Morgan Stanley in the Private Wealth Management offices in both New York and Houston.

Originally from Virginia, Eric earned a BS in economics and business administration from Vanderbilt University. Eric then earned an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Texas Graduate School of Business. While attending graduate school, Eric was a Portfolio Manager with the Texas MBA Investment Fund, LLC and President of the Graduate Finance Association. Eric and his wife Jackie have three daughters and are active supporters of the Children’s Hospital of Austin, The Seton Fund and March of Dimes. Eric has completed several marathons, triathlons and mountaineering expeditions.

Chief Operating Officer

Susan serves as Chief Operating Officer of Price Wealth. She is responsible for ensuring that the firm has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and organizational systems in place. Susan also works in collaboration with the President and CIO to develop business strategy and provide client services. Susan has extensive experience in advising clients in securities and business transactions. Through her prior work as a corporate securities attorney and advisor, she has structured many complex transactions and financing arrangements.

Susan also has considerable experience in developing and implementing corporate compliance and corporate governance programs. Susan began her career as an attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas, Texas, and then held corporate executive positions at Concentra, Inc., Motorola, Inc, and Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. She most recently served as of counsel in private practice.

Susan received her BA from Vanderbilt University and her JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Susan is an active supporter of children and education, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Communities In Schools – Central Texas, Inc. With a deep love for her region, she is also committed to preserving the heritage and future of Central Texas through her service on the advisory boards of both the Nature Conservancy and the Wittliff Collections at Texas State University.

Susan is married with two children. When given the chance, she loves to escape to the mountains, read a great book and work at improving her tennis game.
